I am a crazy woman. Guess how crazy? The fact that I’m 40 and now have to actually color my hair instead of color it for the fun of having a new shade pretty much sucks, but this whole “life is over at 40, and we just get fat, boring, and ache all over when we reach this age” just does not work for me.
I refuse to be numb. I refuse to numb myself with what pop culture says I need to have in order to feel good about myself. I am no doubt a “ranter and raver” on some topics that I am passionate about.
I am a homosapien, and I love that about myself. I love that about everyone, except for my cats ’cause they’re not!
